About the Artwork
Are the artworks on the website originals or prints?
Ans: All artworks available for purchase or loan on this website are original, one-of-a-kind pieces created by the artist. Each piece is signed and represents a unique work of art. No prints or reproductions are offered at this time, ensuring the exclusivity of your acquisition.
How can I be sure of the colors I see on the screen?
Ans: We strive to ensure that the images on our website represent the artwork's colors as accurately as possible. However, please be aware that colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen calibrations and lighting conditions. We are happy to provide additional photographs or videos of the artwork in different lighting upon request to help you make an informed decision.
Are the paintings ready to hang?
Ans: Yes, all available paintings are professionally prepared and ready to be hung. Artworks currently on loan are marked as such and are not available for immediate purchase or delivery. Should you be interested in a piece that is currently on loan, please contact us to inquire about its future availability.
Art Loan Program
How does the Art Loan Program work?
Ans: Our Art Loan Program allows individuals and businesses to enjoy original art in their spaces for a specified period. The process begins with an inquiry, during which you can specify the piece(s) you are interested in. We will then draft a formal loan agreement that outlines the duration, fees, and terms of the loan. This program is an excellent way to enhance an environment, whether it be a corporate office, a commercial venue, or a private home, with the dynamic presence of original art.
What are the fees associated with the Art Loan Program?
Ans: The costs associated with the Art Loan Program include the monthly or annual loan fee for the artwork, a delivery and return fee, a packaging fee and installation fee. You may also choose to use your own insurance provider for the duration of the loan. A detailed cost breakdown will be provided in your formal quotation.
Who is eligible to participate in the Art Loan Program?
Ans: The program is open to a wide range of clients, including private individuals, corporate entities, interior designers, real estate agencies, and public institutions such as shopping malls or galleries. We welcome all inquiries and will work with you to meet your specific needs.
Can I view a painting in person before purchasing?
Ans: We understand the importance of experiencing art in person. Studio visits may be arranged by appointment (only avaliable in Hong Kong). Please contact us to schedule a private viewing at your convenience.
How should I care for my new painting?
Ans: To ensure the longevity of your artwork, we recommend hanging it away from direct sunlight and areas of high humidity. To clean, gently dust the surface with a soft, dry brush. Avoid using any chemical cleaners or water, as this can damage the surface of the painting. Details could be found on Art Loan Program.
What is the duration of an art loan, and can it be extended?
Ans: The standard art loan agreement is for a fixed term of one year, with the option to extend. We offer flexibility and can discuss alternative loan durations to suit your requirements. Any extension or renewal of the loan must be agreed upon prior to the expiration of the initial term.

How do I purchase a painting?
Ans: To purchase a painting, please complete the enquiry form on our website. Kindly include the title of the artwork you are interested in, your contact information, and the intended delivery destination. Our gallery representative will then contact you promptly to confirm availability, provide a final quotation including shipping, and guide you through the subsequent steps of the acquisition process.
What payment methods do you accept?
Ans: We accept several methods of payment for your convenience, including major credit cards, PayPal, and direct bank transfers. Detailed payment instructions will be provided in your official invoice.
Do you ship internationally?
Ans: Yes, we are pleased to offer worldwide shipping. We work with experienced international art couriers to ensure your artwork arrives safely and promptly, wherever you are in the world.
How is the artwork packaged for shipping?
Ans: We partner with a professional art handling company that specializes in building custom crates and packaging for fine art to ensure its protection during transit. Alternatively, you may arrange for your own specialized art courier. If you choose the latter, you will be fully responsible for the packaging and shipping process, and you will be liable for any damage sustained to the artwork during transit.
What is your return policy?
Ans: For purchased artworks, we offer a 7-day return policy, effective from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition and packaging for a full refund, minus the initial shipping costs. The return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the client. Please contact us within the 7-day period to initiate a return.
